Established in 1999 by Laurie Pfarr, LPD is a Washington State certified WBE firm. We provide civil engineering services for all phases of a project from planning and schematic design through construction documents and civil construction engineering services.

We believe dialogue is the foundation of good design. As a partner in design, we establish personal relationships with our clients and regulatory agencies. Ongoing communication with permitting agencies allows us to guide projects through the review process to the satisfaction of all parties.
