LPD provides civil engineering services for residential projects including subdivisions, mixed use and single family homes. LPD designs onsite grading, paving, sewer and water utilities, drainage improvements and erosion control facilities. We work closely with the owner and jurisdictions to design project-appropriate frontage improvements including street widening, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, and utility extensions. Where feasible, LPD incorporates built-green aspects to the project including natural drainage facilities, amended soils, green roofs, roof detention and cisterns.
